This year, the Straight Arrows will host the first-ever Stone Lake Hare Scrambles. With
a motocross track, and a mixture of open and wooded trails to choose from, all on very
hilly terrain, the course promises to be a lot of fun.
If you’ve ridden motocross, but thought a Hare Scrambles was 2 ½ hours of single-track,
this race may surprise you. Ideally, the course should be equal roughly parts motocross,
single-track, grass, and dual-track, and that was the club’s goal when they were putting
the course together.
Remember to bring your 2009 Grantsburg MX race entry for $15 off the entry fee.
